Newmarket Bloodroot Ointment
Economical and simple to apply. Use only under Veterinary direction.
Product Information
Available in 50g jars.
Contents: Emulsifying Ointment, Sanguinaria canadensis extract, Zinc Salts.
Application
Apply twice daily to affected area until a leathery scab (eschar) forms and the surrounding tissue shows an inflammatory reaction. Leave for scab to fall off, repeat process if necessary.
Caution:
- Avoid contact with eyes and mucus membranes.
- Do not induce vomiting if swallowed, give copious fluids and milk.
- Wear gloves when applying.
- Avoid use where an inflammatory response could cause compromise to blood supply e.g. ears.
