What Is It
Natural Vitamin E is a fat soluble Vitamin made up of eight different isomers, alpha, beta,gamma and delta tocopherols and alpha, beta, gamma and delta tocotrienols. Alpha- tocopherol is the most bioavailable, bioactive and most studied isomer in the horse and is the form used when determining dietary requirements.
Vitamin E unlike most vitamins appears to have no specific role in metabolic processes, its major function is that of a chain- breaking antioxidant that prevents the formation of free radicals. Preliminary research is finding each of the eight isomers may play different antioxidant roles within the body and have additional affects on cellular signalling and gene expression modification.

Available in 1 litre and 2.5 litre containers, up to 80 days and 200 days supply respectively for a 500kg horse.
Feeding Guide
Give from 2.5 to 10iu per 1 kg body weight daily in feed ( 6.25ml to 25ml for a 500kg horse) as instructed by your veterinary surgeon.
